REGISTRATION

Why do I have to be registered to vote?
We need you to register to avoid double voting as well as to obtain demographic statistics.

How do I register?
To register you just have to go to the REGISTER page and enter your Facebook email or mobile phone number and your password. This way you will not have to fill in the details of your first and last name, neither will you have to download your profile picture, all this will be facilitated by your Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account yet, you will have to create it in order to register in Feedback.social.

I have lost my Facebook password or I can not remember it
In this case,  to recover it you must go directly to Facebook, and provide your email address or phone number:

I'm already registered, how do I log in ?
Once you have registered, our website will normally recognize you through the cookies that we sent to your browser when you registered. If you have changed your browser, or you are using another device to enter, or the cookies we store have been deleted, you can log in with the same credentials through Facebook on this page:  LOG IN.

How to change my data?
To change the information that you have given us (country, city, zip code, etc.) you can do so on MY PERSONAL PAGE. The other information about you that we use (name, gender, profile picture, location, date of birth, email) is Facebook’s data and you will have to change it in your Facebook account.

How to cancel my account?
At any time you can delete your personal questionnaire or cancel your account directly. You can do it on MY PERSONAL PAGE.

 

MY PERSONAL QUESTIONNAIRE

Who can see my personal questionnaire and vote?
Only the contacts to whom you have sent the link to your personal questionnaire can access it.  This link includes a random code for security, so nobody can access it.

The people to whom you have sent this link will be able to make an appraisal of you even if they are not registered in Feedback.social. They will have to register only if they want to enter other pages of the website and wish to vote and see the results from other sections of the website.

Who can see the results of my personal questionnaire?
Only you can access the page where the scores you have received in your personal questionnaire are displayed. To do so, you must sign in as a registered user of the web.

Why can’t  I see the results of my personal questionnaire?
If you have already sent your questionnaire to your contacts and still do not see results, it is more likely that you have not yet received the scores of at least 5 voters. We set this minimum to guarantee the anonymity of all the voters and to make it impossible to guess what score each of them has given you.

Can I delete my personal questionnaire ?
If you want to delete the questionnaire so that no other contact will be able to vote, you can do so by accessing MY PERSONAL PAGE

 

ABOUT VOTING

Who can vote?
There are two types of users that can vote in Feedback.social:

(a) Those who have entered the web directly to a questionnaire, through the link that has been sent to them by a registered user. Those invited users can vote only for this specific questionnaire without having to be registered.

(b) Other users must register in Feedback.social to vote on the questions and appraisals that are published on the platform. (REGISTER)

Why do not you let me vote?
If you cannot vote on a question, it may be because you have not registered yet (REGISTER), you are registered but have not entered the web as a registered user (LOG IN), or have already voted on that question.

Who will know how I voted?
When you vote, the computer system writes, in your User ID, the question  that you have voted on, but it does not record the response you have given, which is only associated with the question, not with your User ID. This way it is not possible for anyone to know the answers you have given, which are totally anonymous and confidential.

 

ABOUT LAUNCHING QUESTIONS

Why can’t I launch questions ?
To create your questions, either to send them to your contacts or to post them on the web, you need to register. You can do so now here: (REGISTER). If you want to post a question and you cannot, it is probably because you can only post a maximum of 5 questions per day.

Who can see my questions and vote ?
When you create a question you will have to choose either to send it to your contacts or to post it for all Feedback.social users. In the first case, only the contacts to whom you send the link to your question will be able to access it and vote. In the second case, all users of Feedback.social can see your question, and those who are registered can also vote.

Feedback.social is a new start-up created in 2019 with the aim of becoming a useful, free and entertaining tool to know the opinion of others on all kinds of topics. Our goal is to reach a wide range of users around the world. This will allow us to conduct global market research in which our users can participate voluntarily. At the same time, we can place advertisements on our website, but under no circumstances will we disclose any data of our users to third parties. We consider our users to be our most valuable asset, and we guarantee them absolute privacy and anonymity.
